NZTV acquires BBC’s Palin

New Zealand’s TV One has acquired Michael Palin’s latest adventure series following a deal with BBC Worldwide Australasia. It will air the 6x50mins series New Europe with Michael Palin, a Prominent Television production that follows Palin across twenty countries in Central and Eastern Europe.

The acquisition is part of a wider deal that will see the public broadcaster pick up dramas including Primeval and Torchwood.
