Marvista sells movies to Poland, Asia

Marvista has closed a number of deals for its slate of TV movies as well as teen series Beyond The Break.

The US producer and distributor has sold a six movie package to Polish publish broadcaster Telewizja Polska. Movies include Gossip Girl’s Leighton Meester-fronted flick Deadly Pledge, Hidden Camera starring Dean Cain and NYC Tornado Terror.

Pan regional broadcaster HBO Asia has also acquired Hidden Camera and Behind The Wall, both of which will air across the pay channel’s 22 territories, while South Korean cabler Orion Cinema Network has picked up Hidden Camera, NYC Tornado Terror and Absolute Zero.

Meanwhile, Romanian commercial broadcaster Kanal D has picked up 17-hours of its teen series Beyond The Break.
