Former NBCU boss Peter Smith joins Cineflix
Former NBC Universal International boss Peter Smith has become chief executive of Cineflix Studios, over a year after leaving the Hollywood studio.
Smith will be in charge of Cineflix Media’s scripted arm and will be based in London from September.
He will report to Glen Salzman, co-chief executive, Cineflix Media, while Christina Wayne, president, Cineflix Studios and Vlad Wolynetz, president of production, Cineflix Studios will both report to Smith.
Smith was previously president, NBC Universal International and left in March 2011
