Good Food launches new Valentine Warner series

British digital broadcaster UKTV has commissioned Valentine Warner’s Scandinavian Cookbook, a ten part series following the chef as he travels across Scandinavia.

The 10x30mins series will air on the Good Food channel and will be produced by Racebox Media and will see Warner travel across Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden to unearth hidden food gems.

The series will launch in the fourth quarter of 2013 and was commissioned by UKTV’s senior commissioning editor Catherine Catton.

Catton said: “We’re delighted to be working with Rockabox Media on this series. Valentine Warner’s Scandinavian Cookbook is a great opportunity to bring Scandinavian cooking and ingredients to the forefront of modern cuisine and showcase Valentine’s diverse cookery skills.”
