USA Network renews Burn Notice for season seven
USA Network has renewed spy drama Burn Notice, its longest running original drama, for a seventh season.
The US cable network has given the show a 13-episode pick up and is only the third show on the channel to reach 100 episodes. This follows the renewal of Suits.
Burn Notice, which was created by Matt Nix, is produced by Fox Television Studios and Mikkel Bondesen’s Fuse Entertainment.
“Burn Notice is like a fine wine that gets better with age,” said USA Network co-presidents Chris McCumber and Jeff Wachtel. “Delivering high-octane action, gripping drama and nearly 7 million viewers for the mid-season finale, this veteran series is a proven staple of our portfolio.”
