FremantleMedia Enterprises hires kids, brand execs
FremantleMedia Enterprises has made a number of senior appointments across its kids and brand partnerships businesses.
The company has hired former Fox executive Carl Lumbard as head of licensing strategy and business development, kids and family entertainment, EMEA, and Starcom exec Jayne Stephens as head of brand partnerships, UK.
Lumbard, who will be responsible for the commercial development of brands across FME’s kids business, previously managed brands including The Simpsons, Family Guy and the Ice Age franchise as senior vice president and managing director, licensing and merchandising, EMEA.
He will report to Mark Newton, executive vice president, licensing, EMEA and Dominic Burns, senior vice president, licensing and entertainment, EMEA.
Meanwhile, Stephens will be in charge of FME’s off air partnerships, product placement deals and ad funded opportunities. She will work across shows including The X Factor, Britain’s Got Talent, Take Me Out and Celebrity Juice. She will also report to Burns.
Stephens joins from Starcom MediaVest Group, where she was sponsorship and content director.
