NBC inks first-look deal with America’s Got Talent host

NBC has agreed a first-look deal with NCredible, the production company of America’s Got Talent host Nick Cannon.

The deal will give the broadcast network an option to take the production firm’s upcoming scripted and unscripted projects.

NCredible, which is run by Cannon and Michael Goldman, makes Wild ‘N Out for MTV, the Halo Awards show for Nickelodeon among other shows. It is now making a comedy sketch show for Cartoon Network, Incredible Crew.

It has also moved in feature film production, making School Dance with Lionsgate.

Paul Telegdy, president, alternative and late night programming, NBC Entertainment said: “Nick already has produced content for many entertainment genres and formats, and we look forward with great anticipation to his cutting-edge ideas in the months to come.”
