Management shake-up at French kids company PGS
France-based kids distributor PGS Entertainment has reshuffled its management team and appointed a CFO.
Guy Soutter (above) becomes the company’s first ever CFO. He joins from private equity firm Oberon.
Other internal changes include the promotion of Laure Cubeau to head of operations and Charlotte Selignan head of marketing.
Richard Bickersteth has been taken on as a consultant to look at the company’s L&M strategy.
The management changes follow the departure, late last year, of international business development and acquisitions executive, Justine Bannister.
Philippe Soutter, President of PGS Entertainment said: “We are confident we have put together a strong and talented team, as well as new operational systems that will allow us to capitalise on a wide spectrum of opportunities and maximise results for our partners.”
