Sony hires Carrie Ferman
Sony Pictures Television has hired Carrie Ferman as senior VP, business strategy and development, International Production.
She will support SPT’s international productions, and its portfolio of 18 production companies, in strategic planning and growing SPT’s business.
Reporting to Andrea Wong, president, International Production for Sony Pictures Television, she will be based at SPT’s London office.
Ferman most recently served as chief executive officer for Remark Media in New York.
She previously held the position of vice president at NBC Universal, where she oversaw business development and strategy initiatives across the company’s local media division.
Prior to that she worked at Time Warner, Cap Gemini and The Walt Disney Company.
