Endemol making CNBC’s first reality series

News network CNBC has ordered its first reality series, Treasure Detectives.

The eight-part show will be made by Endemol USA and debut on March 5.

The one-hour weekly series will be fronted by art detective Curtis Dowling and his team and follow them as they evaluate whether arts, antiques and collectibles are fake or genuine.

The show will debut in a 9pm slot on CNBC.
