ITV sells Mr Selfridge to BBC in Africa and NBC in Europe
ITV Studios Global Entertainment has sold drama series Mr Selfridge to new partners in Europe and Africa.
BBC Worldwide has picked up rights to the show, which tells the story of the creation of the London store, for its BBC Entertainment channel in Africa.
NBCUniversal has also bought the drama for female-skewing channel Diva Universal in Italy.
ITVS GE added it had concluded a third deal, with free-to-air broadcaster NPO in the Netherlands and that it has now sold the series to 99 territories in all.
Latin American pay TV operator DirecTV said in a separate announcement that it will transmit the show exclusively across its footprint on in-house channel OnDirecTV.
A second series of Mr Selfridge is in production.
