Comedy Central UK renews Men

UK pay TV channel Comedy Central has acquired the eleventh season of long running CBS comedy Two and a Half Men.

The deal, with Warner Bros. International Television Distribution, will see the new season launch on the network this coming fall.

Jill Offman, managing director, Comedy Central UK and senior VP of content, Comedy Central International, said: “Comedy Central UK remains the exclusive home of brand new episodes of Two and a Half Men. Our audience love the show and it consistently delivers us our highest ratings.”

The news comes soon after Comedy Central UK tapped Discovery to hire Brad Wood as head of acquisitions.
