Viacom shops cable shows around the world
Viacom International Media Networks has cut programming deals for several shows from Viacom’s US cable networks with international broadcasters.
In Singapore, free-to-air broadcaster Mediacorp has picked up CMT series Bridal Bootcamp (pictured) and multiple seasons of Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Making The Team as well as two VH1 shows, Mama Drama and My Big Fat Fabulous Wedding.
Mediacorp also recently picked up a package of kids shows from VIMN.
Poland’s Puls TV has acquired two Spike shows, police filmed car chase show Disorderly Conduct and wild animal relocation series Urban Tarzan.
In Canada, specialty channel Much Music has also taken Vh1’s Mama Drama as well as Couples Therapy. Musique Plus in French speaking Canada has acquired season two of MTV’s Snooki and JWoww.
