Alfred Haber takes Golden Globes
Alfred Haber Distribution has once again taken international TV rights to coverage of the Golden Globe Awards (pictured) and the American Music Awards.
The coverage of the awards show is produced by Dick Clark Productions.
The deal for the 2014 Golden Globes means Alfred Haber will have been representing the TV rights to the show for 22 consecutive years.
The latest editions of the Globes and the American Music Awards were sold into 160 territories.
The Golden Globes will air on NBC in the US on January 12. The American Music Awards will go out on ABC in November.
“The AMAs has been a staple on television since they were created by music industry legend Dick Clark in 1973, while the Golden Globes is one of the three most-watched award shows in the U.S.,” commented Alfred Haber, president of AHDI. “We are thrilled to, once again, represent these extraordinary annual events to the international marketplace.”
