Youku Tudou content boss to open ATF

Sunny Xiangyang Zhu, chief content officer at China’s equivalent of YouTube, will give the opening keynote at this year’s Asia Television Forum.

Zhu was upped to content boss earlier this year and heads up all of Youku Tudou’s acquisition, licensing and production efforts.

In his ATF address, which has the title ‘Changing The Future of TV Content – Youku Tudou To Build Dreams, Create Awareness and Reward’, Zhu will updates ATF delegates on developments at his firm and cover copyright and piracy issues as well its content strategy.

The organisers of the market, which is held in Singapore starting December 3, also said Ms Koh Lin-Net, CEO of Singapore’s Media Development Authority (MDA) give an opening address ahead of Zhu’s opening keynote.
