Scorpion gets Legally High with sales

UK indie distributor Scorpion TV has sold documentaries, including one about the booming legal drug industry, to broadcasters around the world.
VRT in Belgium and DR in Denmark have acquired Legally High, which investigates the role consumers, drug designers and government agencies interact with legal drugs.
Other deals saw Brazil’s Globosat acquiring The Search for the First European, billed as a road trip to discover mankind’s origins; Wolves Unleashed; and Out in Mumbai, in which three people travel to the Indian capital to celebrate the repeal of anti-homosexuality laws.
Taiwan’s DaAi TV has also bought The Search for the First European, while TVN in Poland took Family Portrait in Black and White, which follows the story of a Ukrainian woman who has adopted 16 mixed race children.
