The one-off instalment of the series – ‘When You Wish Upon an Oak’ – follows Rosie and her friends in a race against time to find out the age of Oakley the tree and to give him a birthday surprise.
V&S also distributes the series internationally.
Managing director Vickie Corner said: said: “Extended episodes for preschool series are not often created these days due to budget restrictions however we were determined to produce a brand new special for Rosie to celebrate the success of the most recent series.”
The series is aimed at 3-to-6s and there are now four seasons and 104 of the regular 11-minute episodes.
