UK indie outline hires development chief from Studio Lambert
Outline Productions has poached Studio Lambert’s head of format development Shona Baldwin.
At UK-based independent producer Outline, she will be head of development.
At Studio Lambert Baldwin led the entertainment and factual format development team, creating programming for broadcasters across the UK and USA and working on series including Gogglebox and Million Second Quiz.
Prior to joining Studio Lambert Shona was a producer and director at ITV Studios, working on Piers Morgan’s Life Stories, Come Dine With Me and Hell’s Kitchen among other shows.
Laura Mansfield, MD of Outline Productions said: “This year as we look to widen our broadcaster base, particularly in the US, Shona’s creativity, passion and international experience in developing high impact formats will be invaluable.”
Outline produces UK factual and fact-ent series including Tom Kerridge’s Proper Pub Food for BBC2 and Big Wildlife Revival for BBC1.
Baldwin will report to Outline’s creative director, Helen Veale.
