ABC Family has cancelled Ravenswood after one season.

The series, which follows a group of people affected by a mysterious curse in the titular town, had generated poor numbers for the Disney-owned US cable network.

The show was a spin-off from Pretty Little Liars, ABC’s more successful teen thriller series, which is based on the Sara Shepard book series.
