Novel Entertainment brings in Chris Skala

UK kids indie producer Novel Entertainment has brought in Chris Skala to boost its digital offerings.

Skala is a former Guinness World Records, Tiger Aspect and Hit Entertainment exec who now runs his own consultancy.

He will consult for Novel, the producer founded by Lucinda Whiteley and Mike Watts and behind Horrid Henry and The Fimbles, as it seeks to build its presence in the digital media sector.

Skala said: “I’m really pleased and proud to be working with Lucinda and Mike on such powerful and well loved character brands and delighted to have such a unique opportunity to help put these brands onto even more secure footings for the future.”
