FremantleMedia to serve up new cooking format

FremantleMedia has taken international rights to Spanish-originated cooking format My Mom Cooks Better Than Yours.

The original Spanish show is made by producer Mandarina for Mediaset España channel Cuatro and has run to 71 episodes since debuting on the free-to-air channel.

The format pitches teams of parents and their offspring against one in a cooking competition. Fremantlemedia will have all international rights excluding Spain and Italy.
