Wallace & Gromit set for TalkTalk’s YouView

UK telco TalkTalk has secured a deal with Bristol-based Aardman Animations for shows from the latter’s much-loved British claymation property Wallace & Gromit.

The shows will joins others such as Peppa Pig, Pingu and Fireman Sam on TalkTalk’s children’s TV channel Scamp, which is offered through TalkTalk’s iteration of the YouView digital platform.

Scamp is offered for £5 (US$8.41) a month as part of TalkTalk’s Kids Boost package and £15 a month via an Entertainment Extra Boost option. The former offers 16 live and on-demand kids channels, including Nickelodeon and Disney Junior. The latter comprises more than 60 channels in the children’s, music, factual and entertainment genres.

Wallace & Gromit shorts and feature films include Wallace & Gromit in the Curse of the Were-Rabbit and A Matter of Loaf or Death.
