Viacom names Philippines chief
Viacom International Media Networks has named a former Fox International Channels programming boss as country manager for its operations in the Philippines.
Dinna Zaratan will take up the role on September 1, overseeing MTV, Nickelodeon, Nick Jr. and Comedy Central in the territory, while developing long-term strategic goals.
She will report to VIMN Asia’s COO Tan Chee Kiat (CK).
Zaratan has nearly two decades experience in the media and advertising businesses, and was most recently Zenith Optimedia’s division head for Nestle Philippines. Before that she was programming director and head of content and communications at FIC in the Philippines.
“We are well positioned to accelerate the growth of our brands’ presence in the Philippines, as we continue to extend our product offering by bringing new channels into the market,” said VIMN Asia’s Tan CK.
