9 Story calls up Imagination Movers

Canadian kids firm 9 Story Entertainment has secured a development deal with musical act Imgaination Movers.

First product from the partnership comes in the shape of Super Movers, an animated series for 4-7s.

Imagination Movers are a four-piece rock ‘n’ roll band that starred in a live-action Disney Junior music series of the same name, which has aired in more than 55 territories and ran for three seasons.

Super Movers is billed as a comedy that includes adventure and music. It will see each member of band “hilariously over-the-top superpowers”.

“The idea of helping young kids discover their own special abilities in a way that’s high-energy and filled with music is right up our alley,” said Dave Poche from Imagination Movers. “9 Story shares our creative vision and we are so excited to be working with them to bring Super Movers to life.”
