SLR makes ob-doc move ahead of MIPJunior

Australia’s SLR Productions is debuting its first ob-doc at MIPJunior.

Aussie Mobile Vet is a pilot that will launch the kids TV confab in Cannes before being pitched to buyers at MIPCOM.

It will follow a busy Sydney veterinary clinic run by a pair of identical twin sisters.

SLR is best known for animated coproductions such as Davincibles and Guess How Much I Love You and dramas including Sam Fox Extreme Adventures.

“SLR Productions has a long and rich history of creating exceptional characters and stories in its programs for children and families so I am delighted to be adding this character-based observational documentary to our programming portfolio,” said SLR CEO Suzanne Ryan.
