Billy on the Street in Oz, India

Comedy game show Billy on the Street will air in Austrlia, India and Denmark following deals with distributor Red Arrow International.

The show, which airs on Fuse TV in the US, has sold to The Comedy Channel in Australia, Comedy Central in India and TV2 Zulu in Denmark.

In the series, comedian Cilly Eichner confronts members of the public with outrageous pop culture questions.

“Billy on the Street has the right blend of ‘up in your face’ humour and fast pace that makes it a really good fit for our young skewing channel,” said Lars Nielsen, acquisitions executive at TV2.
