African net continues Life with La Toya

Channels across Africa have bought programming from Passion Distribution, including new deals for Britain’s Worst Driver and Life with La Toya.

The Home Channel has bought Britain’s Worst Driver seasons one and two, Fresh Food with Emerial Lagasse and Secrets of a Restaurant Chef, while Viasat has bought Mysteries of the Museum.

Free TV entertainment channel e.tv has licensed season two of Life with La Toya, which broadcasts in the US on the Oprah Winfrey Network and follows Jackson family member La Toya Jackson. e.tv will play it on the eKasi+ network on the OpenView HD free TV platform.

The deal comes on the eve of Discop Africa, the content market for the African TV business that begins tomorrow.
