Adelstein’s Tomorrow Studios hires Weinberg

Tomorrow Studios has recruited Matthew Weinberg as executive VP and will oversee the US prodco’s development slate.

The drama producer, which is a joint venture between ITV Studios and Endeavor Talent Agency cofounder Marty Adelstein, is currently producing NBC’s period cop drama Aquarius.

Weinberg will oversee development of new projects and manage those that go into production. He will report to Adesltein and company president Becky Clements.

“We are delighted that Matt is joining us, bringing his breadth of experience and extensive relationships to Tomorrow Studios,” said Adelstein and Clements. “He is a perfect fit as we continue to package great material with amazing talent to take shows straight to series, as we’ve done with Aquarius.”

Before joining Tomorrow Studios, Weinberg was president of digital producer Dare To Pass.
