NRK, DRG attached to political thriller

Norwegian pubcaster NRK is working up a political mystery drama for autumn 2016, which DRG will begin selling internationally later this year.

Nobel – Fred For Enhver Pris (Nobel: Peace at Any Price) will run for eight episodes.

It follows a Norwegian army lieutenant that returns from a special assignment in Afghanistan looking to put the war behind him, only to become a pawn in a mysterious political plot.

Nice Entertainment Group-owned Monster Scripted is attached to produce the drama, with a rep for sister company DRG telling TBI today the distributor would begin selling the show internationally either at MIPCOM this year or MIPTV in 2016.
