Keshet estimates Time of Arrival in Cannes
The distribution arm of Israeli broadcaster Keshet is launching ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) at MIPTV, a new reality series in which people from opposite ends of the world are dramatically reunited.
Each episode of the format features three stories and follows individuals for 24 hours before they are reunited.
The people in question range from long-lost lovers to separated family members to people who have never met in person before. The preparations for the meet-up are captured and then the event itself.
The meetings themselves can take place at various locations. In the original Israeli version these have included airports, railway stations and even a prison.
Keshet International is launching the show internationally at MIPTV. It debuts on Keshet in Israel on April 13, the first day of the market.
