Lumière secures ZDFE drama deal

Belgium-based distribution group Lumière has scored a major output deal for dramas from the commercial arm of German broadcaster ZDF.

The agreement sees Lumière taking all rights for Benelux territories to ZDF Enterprises youth-skewed series Tellus, the third season of cop drama Johan Falk and international crimes-focused scripted effort Arne Dahl (pictured).

Lumière has previously distributed ZDFE.drama series such as The Killing, Dicte and Bron, and production arm Lunanime was also a coproducer on The Team, which ran to good ratings in Denmark, Norway, Gernany and Switzerland.
