News brief: Caracol sells novella into Iraq

The sales arm of Colombian broadcaster Caracol has struck a programming deal with Iraqi broadcaster Lana TV.

The Moby Group-owned channel has bought Fugitives from Caracol International.

The 40x1hr series follows a man wrongly imprisoned who falls in love with a fellow convict who was jailed for defending her daughter from abuse.

Lana will strip the series, which was filmed in 4K, through the week in a 9pm slot.
