FX no longer Married to comedy
US basic cable channel FX has cancelled its relationship comedy Married after two seasons.
Married creator Andrew Gurland confirmed the news through his Twitter account yesterday.
There will be no season three of @MarriedFX. Thank you @FXNetworks for the opportunity and thank you to all the fans. It’s been a blast.

Married follows a couple attempting to keep their sex life interesting while dealing with everyday problems such as debt and children, whose lives contrast with their close friends, one a free spirit married to an older man and the other a wealthy divorceé.
FX’s comedy development slate currently includes Zack Galifianakis vehicle Baskets, Donald Glover series Atlanta and Pamela Adlon’s new show Better Things. The network best known genre efforts includes Louie C.K. series Louie and animated spy comedy Archer.
