All3Media in regional restructure
All3Media is opening new sales offices in the US and Asia as part of a wider restructuring of its sales operation that focuses on a regional model.
Sabrina Duguet will relocate from the UK and run the Asia Pacific sales team from a new office, with All3Media currently assessing where that sales base will be located in the region.
Duguet has been upped to executive VP, Asia Pacific, as part of the restructure. Previously, she was senior VP, formats.
Stephen Driscoll also gets a new role in the restructure and will be executive VP, EMEA, working out of the All3Media London offices. He is upped from senior VP, sales.
A new US office will also open with the US sales chief to be announced, All3Media said, in the first quarter of 2016.
The US sales operation will run alongside All3Media America, the group’s US programming division. That unit is now run by Greg Lipstone, the former ICM agent who replaced Eli Holzman earlier this year.
All3Media said the changes are part of its plans to expand the sales operation at the Discovery Communications- and Liberty Global-owned production and distribution group.
Steve Macallister (pictured), the former Disney, Zodiak and BBC Worldwide exec who took the reins at All3Media International earlier this year said: “We have big ambitions for the business and, together with an expanding slate of great programmes and formats, establishing a more focussed regional approach including opening offices in the US and Asia Pacific underscores our commitment to providing world class distribution for our production partners.”
