MTV’s Ex on the Beach goes local
Viacom has inked several deals for local versions of its MTV UK reality dating format Ex on the Beach and sealed options for MTV US show Stranded with a Million Dollars.
Sony’s Viasat 3 channel in Hungary has greenlit a local version of Ex on the Beach.
Paprika Latino will make the 22-episode Hungarian series, which will be stripped on the channel four nights a week.
There are now eight local versions of the format and second season has just been ordered by MTV in the Netherlands and a third season in Sweden, where it is on
VIMN also said it has sealed option deals for is US format Stranded with a Million.
Metronome has it in Denmark and Meter in Sweden – both part of Endemol Shine Group – and in Chile it is with Chilevisión.
