Euro nets bring in Ollie & Moon
Two European channels have acquired Cottonwood Media’s kids TV toon The Ollie & Moon Show.
Super! in Italy and YLE in Finland have both acquired the 52x11mins series, which is based on books from author and illustrator Diane Kredensor and was developed by Richard Vargas (Zack & Quack).
The series is now in around 160 territories, including Sprout in the US, France Télévisions, Discovery Kids Latin America and Knowledge in Canada.
Federation Entertainment-owned Cottonwood produces and sells the show, which follows a couple of globe-trotting cats who introduce upper-preschoolers to the joys of unlikely friendships and global citizenship.
The show is expected to deliver in 2017.
