MIPCOM slates – ITV Studios & Endemol Shine

ITV is bringing ten formats to Cannes, leading with popular dating show Love Island.
The interactive show will be joined by new titles such as Big Star Bigger Star, a format in which parents of famous faces describe what they were like when they were children, and CelebAbility, where five friends go up against five celebs in a range of rounds.
Additionally, quiz show Cram, dating show Dress to Impress and lifestyle format Eat, Shop, Save will join the line up bringing as a host of new and original ideas the event.
ITV Sweden’s Eighteen (Arton), RTL2’s Keep It or Cash It, ITVS Entertainment’s Made In… and Name Your Price, and Label1’s The Hospital complete the list.
“Love Island was the biggest entertainment hit of the summer in the UK,” said Mike Beale, managing director of the Nordics and creative global networks at ITV Studios (pictured). “With the show currently airing in Germany and several discussions already underway with other territories, this year’s MIPCOM comes at a perfect time to extend those conversations with our clients.
“Our slate also shows the creative strength of our international group with ITVS Sweden, ITVS Australia and Imago TV among those represented.”

Endemol Shine Group
Endemol Shine Group has lined up four key formats for this years’ MIPCOM, including entertainment shows All Together Now, Armchair Detectives, Family Food Fight and The Wall.
All Together Now sees candidates perform in front of 100 audience members who can choose to join in the act if in favour of the artist. The six-part performance competition will broadcast first in the UK on BBC One.
“All Together Now really captures the current feel-good trend that’s happening in entertainment television right now,” said Lisa Perrin, CEO of Endemol Shine Creative Networks. “Our ambition is to have broadcasters around the world get in on the act with this upbeat, joyous show which launch in the UK on BBC One next year.”
Armchair Detectives combines mystery drama with a gameshow, taking three players on a hunt in a form of real-life Cluedo. The drama-inspired format is joined by Family Food Fight, a competitive cookery series from Endemol Shine Australia.
Returning to MIP is international quiz show The Wall, which has been sold in ten countries including France, Germany and Spain.
