Fremantle’s Levina Negi lands at Hoplite
Fremantle’s Levina Negi has landed at Hollywood-based film and TV producer Hoplite Entertainment.
The former VP of global acquisitions and development, who departed Fremantle earlier this summer, as revealed by TBI, has joined the Hollywood-headquartered Hoplite in the newly create role of head of global.
Based in London, Negi’s key focus will include growing the firm’s unscripted slate by developing and acquiring global-facing content.
Formed in 2013, Hoplite’s slate includes 300 hours of film and TV titles such as feature film Boone The Bounty Hunter and reality programmes including Drone Wars, Ink Therapy and Wrecking Plan. The business has offices in Los Angeles and co-production facilities in Ningbo, China, as well as offices in South Africa and Croatia.
She will join the Hoplite team at MIPCOM next week.
