Discovery picks up ‘Crash Test World’ for North America
Escapade Media has sold non-profit organisation ProjectExplorer’s 6 X 30-minute series, Crash Test World, produced by Intuitive Content, to Discovery for the US and Canada.
Crash Test World, hosted by Mythbusters’ Kari Byron, takes explores how history, technology, culture and people come together to make the world a better place.
Crash Test World is funded by Qatar Foundation International, Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Foundation, and Amazon web services.
Crash Test World is the first TV series from the non-profit ProjectExplorer. The films focus on histories and cultures of foreign places and people using interviews with subject experts, artists, and public figures. Produced for a child and young adult audience, segments in each series depict everyday life and the challenges and concerns of those living in the locations and regions featured.
