All3Media Int’l hires Endemol exec Mike Gould for digital division
London-based indie distributor All3Media International has appointed Endemol Shine exec Mike Gould to the newly created position of partnership manager for its digital division A3mi2.
Reporting to Gary Woolf, All3Media International’s EVP of strategic development, Gould will be responsible for developing and managing the company’s digital partnerships worldwide and maximising digital returns for the company’s leading brands and multi-genre content.
Before joining the company, Gould was senior manager of global digital distribution & partnerships at the Endemol Shine Group, where he oversaw digital business development and managed digital partnerships with established and emerging platforms.
Prior to that, he delivered strategic digital-first partnerships for franchises at the BBC and ITV.
A3mi2 was formed earlier this year with the aim of giving a focused, specialist approach to a range of interests that the company was “actively tracking in the VOD space”. The new digital division works directly with channels as well as with aggregators and has acted as a launch partner and provider to platforms including Roku, Pluto, Tubi and Amazon Prime Video.
Gould said that he was “thrilled” to be joining the team at such a “pivotal moment” in the team’s expansion.
“The AVOD space is one of the most dynamic parts of our industry, and All3media have made no secret of their ambitions within it building an impressive portfolio of partnerships to date,” he said. “With such a rich catalogue of iconic IP, this was an unmissable opportunity and I can’t wait to get started and continue the growth trajectory of their digital business.”
