All3’s Raw rejigs development by merging US, UK teams
The Lost Sons prodco Raw is combining its US and UK development teams, with the All3Media-owned company naming its new-look team.
Oliver Calleja becomes SVP of global unscripted development, while Ross Goodlass has been named VP of global unscripted development.
Calleja has been leading Raw’s development portfolio since 2017 and before that was head of International development at RDF.
Goodlass has been at RAW since 2016 and was upped to head of UK development in 2018. Prior to that, he was development producer at Firecracker Films.
Raw said the revamp was designed “to respond to the growing international market”. CEO Joely Fether added: “As the boundaries of the market continue to shift, bringing our UK and US- facing teams together will add firepower to both, enabling us to continue to find, develop and deliver the best stories to our UK, US and global partners.”
Raw is behind Bad Sport, The Puppet Master: Hunting The Ultimate Conman and feature doc The Tinder Swindler for Netflix, The Lost Sons for CNN and Paddy And Christine McGuinness: Autism And Our Family for BBC One.
