BBCS alum Tracy Forsyth joins headhunters Indigo in exec coaching role

TBI’s coaching & wellbeing correspondent Tracy Forsyth has been hired by global recruitment firm Indigo Talent to assist TV execs starting new roles.

Former BBC Studios exec Forsyth will deliver “onboarding coaching” as part of Indigo’s search service, allowing new recruits to adapt more quickly to their new roles.

Forsyth is a board advisor to multiple companies including Channel 4’s Indie Growth Fund and director of mentoring at Women in Film and TV (WFTV), and previously worked at UKTV and BBCS, leaving the latter in 2018 to join WFTV.
