POP Family Entertainment hires Ambience exec to head development & production
Australian-based kids & family-focused prodco POP Family Entertainment has appointed Kylie Mascord as head of development & production.
Mascord joins the company after most recently overseeing all programs and development at Ambience Entertainment and managing its slate of live action film and TV productions.
Her credits include producer and story producer for the children’s comedy series Drop Dead Weird; associate producer on the 2021 feature film Interceptor and the 2019 feature film retelling of Storm Boy; line producer of Steve Jaggi’s 2020 feature film Sit, Stay Love and the Netflix series Dive Club.
Most recently, Mascord was line producer on the NITV/ACTF children’s series Barrumbi Kids, based on the children’s book by Leonie Norrington.
