Banijay Asia names BBC Studios, Endemol alum to lead scripted
Banijay Asia has appointed Rajesh Chadha as EVP and business head for scripted content.
Chadha will take responsibility for developing the company’s scripted slate and working to help the firm enter its “next phase of growth.”
Chadha has an almost three-decade career that includes tenures at companies such as BBC Studios, RBNL and Endemol. While at BBC Studios, he took the lead on projects including Criminal Justice and Out Of Love and also worked on Ajay Devgn’s Rudra and Guilt & Press earlier this year.
India-based Banijay Asia is behind scripted and unscripted titles such as Call My Agent: Bollywood, Tribhanga,Matsya Kaand and Into The Wild With Bear Grylls.
