TBI confirms venue & date for Content Innovation Awards 2022!
TBI has revealed the venue and date for its Content Innovation Awards (CIA) 2022, with the hugely popular event set to take place at the iconic Church House Westminster on 15 November.
The CIA’s, which are now open for entries, will celebrate the very best of global talent and creative content, with an exciting range of new and returning categories.
Now in their eighth year, the Awards mark a key moment in the industry calendar and give you an exclusive opportunity to showcase your latest projects to the world at a dazzling evening gala in London in November.
Set in the heart of London, with stunning views overlooking Westminster Abbey, it will be the perfect opportunity to showcase your latest projects to the world at a dazzling evening gala.
Last year, Sky took home the coveted Best Debut Drama Series Award for I Hate Suzie, Australia’s ABC Commercial won Series Launch of the Year with Fisk, and BBC Studios Natural History Unit claimed The Innovation & Ingenuity Award for BBC Winterwatch 2021.
New categories for 2022 will include The Representation & Inclusion Award, designed to highlight a company or individual who is making an outstanding contribution to improving on-screen and/or off-screen representation of LGBTQIA+, race, ethnicity, and/or disability.
The Sustainability & Innovation Award, meanwhile, will salute a company or organisation that has gone above and beyond when it comes to improving the TV industry’s environmental impact on the world, or provided an outstanding next-generation solution to improve the way content is made.
Returning categories will include Best Debut Drama Series, Factual Entertainment Programme of the Year, Factual TV Project of the Year and Distribution Innovation, with more details on how to enter available here.
