ABC extends ‘The Rookie: Feds’ into 22-episode season
Disney’s US network ABC has picked up a full 22-part season of Entertainment One’s The Rookie: Feds.
The show is a spin-off from ABC’s five-season drama The Rookie and is based on an episode – named Feds – that ran in the original show last year.
The Rookie: Feds then debuted on 27 September and ABC is now adding a further nine episodes to take the show to 22 eps in total. The series is produced by ABC Signature and Entertainment One, with the latter selling globally.
Niecy Nash-Betts and Frankie R. Faison are among stars, while Alexi Hawley and Terence Paul Winters, who co-created the series, are showrunners.
