Silverlining Rights hires Drive exec to lead sales & acquisitions in North America & Europe

UK-based financier and distributor Silverlining Rights has hired an exec from Drive to work across its sales and acquisitions in North America and Europe.

Lulu Prutton becomes sales & acquisitions director for Silverlining, covering the US, UK, Canada, Benelux, Central and Eastern Europe, CIS and inflight buyers.

She will work alongside Silverling Rights MD, Bethan Corney, sourcing finished programming and coproduction projects, and with global content sales exec, Samantha Sintes.

Prutton was most recently senior sales & acquisitions manager at Drive Media Rights, where she was responsible for sales across Asia, Benelux, Canada, CEE, inflight and then MENA as part of Blue Ant International, which acquired Drive eariler this year.

Prior to Drive, Prutton worked at Paramount-owned Channel 5, where she acquired titles including Meerkat Manor, Big, Bigger, Biggest and Bermuda Triangle. She previously worked with Silverlining founder Corney at Tigress Productions.
